Exchange & Refund Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment or wrong item/type/shade), you can send it back to us.
- Returns must be made within 10 days from date of purchase.
- Damaged items must be returned together with their original box.
- Items bought from Facelogic or promotional events (e.g. Anniversary or any special events) are not eligible for return and exchange.
- Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed.
- Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.
WHAT ABOUT POSTAGE CHARGES?
