Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Facelogic allows for returns and exchanges if you’ve changed your mind about a product. All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 10-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
        1.  Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
        2. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
        3. This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable or promotional events (e.g. Anniversary or any special events).
        4. Returns must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase.
        5. Damaged items must be returned together with their original box.
  1. Kindly contact us via WhatsApp or Messenger before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed.
  2. Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.

 

WHAT ABOUT POSTAGE CHARGES?

Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Facelogic.

Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.

To make the process run smoother and faster, do email your inquiry with a picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details for record purpose.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND/NEW ITEM(S)?

Please allow a minimum of 10 working days from the date we receive your return package.

Refunds will be based on the customer actual paid – Final payment to refund.
